Do you wish you could change something about your life right now?
Summer vacation is winding down, fall is approaching and the kids are back to school.
I just got back from vacation and although I worked way more than I intended too, I can’t complain. I probably ate too much, drank too much and for sure, ate some more (I’m looking at you Double Fudge Brownie Chocolate Delight Ice Cream).
I know a lot of lazy people…I mean A LOT. Most within my own family (I literally have hundreds of cousins, so the sample size is pretty large).

Most of us are under the misconception that most fit people work hard and spend most of their lives deprived in order to achieve their amazing bodies.

Look, I know we’re all super busy. I get it, I really do. As someone with a 50-60 hour a week job and a family to take care of, I completely understand those that say they don’t have time to exercise.
