Do you wish you could change something about your life right now?
Summer vacation is winding down, fall is approaching and the kids are back to school.
I just got back from vacation and although I worked way more than I intended too, I can’t complain. I probably ate too much, drank too much and for sure, ate some more (I’m looking at you Double Fudge Brownie Chocolate Delight Ice Cream).
I know a lot of lazy people…I mean A LOT. Most within my own family (I literally have hundreds of cousins, so the sample size is pretty large).

Most of us are under the misconception that most fit people work hard and spend most of their lives deprived in order to achieve their amazing bodies.
In most cases, nothing could be farther from the truth.
We all have a list of our favorite things. It may not be written down anywhere, but you know the things that make you happy.
The list holds your favorite foods, music, TV shows, movies and even people in your life that you can’t get enough of. This is the stuff that you really enjoy. It’s the stuff that makes your life worth living.
I can’t figure out why, but people universally neglect to train their legs. It’s a funny thing, since proper leg training will dramatically deliver total body results.
