Love ‘em or hate ‘em, New Year’s resolutions have the potential to change your life. If you struggle to believe that, it’s probably because of a history of failed resolutions. I’m a firm believer that you can do whatever you put your mind to, including achieving all of your fitness goals.
No, I’m not calling you stupid.
In fact, I believe that you’re healthier than most or at the very least, that’s your goal. You exercise regularly. You watch what you eat. You keep up-to-date on the latest health concerns. You don’t binge on sugar. And you never – ever – eat fast food. Well, almost never.
With Thanksgiving over and the busiest shopping weekend of the season here, there’s no denying that the holidays have arrived.
