Question: I hate to cook and don't want to follow the meal plans. Is this still for me and can I still get results?

Answer: Absolutely. The meal plans are designed to provide easy recipes for people that love to cook and want exact step-by-step directions and want to know exactly how many calories they need to be eating for safe, maximum fat loss over the 12 week period. However, you do NOT need to follow these meal plans. If you stick with the caloric and nutritional goals, you will be just fine. In fact, you can still get great results with just the workouts alone, but for maximum effectiveness you'll want to adjust your nutritional intake as well.

Question: Can you use these bodyweight workouts to lose over 50 pounds?

Answer: You betcha. You can lose 50 pounds and more with these bodyweight workouts. This was the ONLY system I used to rapidly lose almost 50 pounds of fat and I still use this system today with my clients.

In just a few short weeks your clothes will fit differently and you’ll have a lot more energy with these fat loss workouts. 

Question: Can you really lose fat without doing cardio?

Answer: That’s a resounding YES!!! Let me explain. Part of the secret to this protocol is something called “EPOC” (excess post-exercise oxygen consumption) or the “metabolic afterburn”.

EPOC is a way to measure the increased rate of oxygen intake after strenuous activity. This afterburn is accompanied by an elevated consumption of fuel (calories).

Now here’s the important part:

In a 1992 Purdue study, results showed that high intensity, anaerobic type exercise resulted in a significantly greater magnitude of EPOC than aerobic exercise of equal work output. Basically this means that resistance training (like doing bodyweight exercises) burn more calories for a longer period of time after your workout.

Other studies comparing intermittent and continuous exercise consistently show a greater EPOC response for higher intensity, intermittent exercise – the type of exercise you’ll be doing with the bodyweight workout system that I'll be using in this coaching program.

Question: Can you really build muscle without lifting heavy weights?

Answer: You sure can. Bodyweight exercises are a form of resistance training. Resistance training is a form of exercise that builds muscle. Now you won’t end up looking like Arnold Schwarzenegger, and if that’s your goal, this system isn’t for you.

But you can absolutely build a lean, muscular physique utilizing a variety of different bodyweight exercises and I’m living proof of that.

Question: I’m even busier than you are George. Can I REALLY fit these workouts into my busy schedule?

Answer: No doubt about it. Whether you’re a busy mom or dad, a white collar worker, a crazy busy teacher, a stressed out IT guy who is on call 24/7 or a globe-trotting executive you can squeeze in these workouts anywhere you are.

Now here’s one more secret about these bodyweight workouts that I haven’t mentioned yet…

You don’t have to do your entire workout in one consecutive session.

That’s right, if you want to squeeze in two or three four minute workouts sprinkled throughout the day, you can achieve the SAME exact results as doing them consecutively in one 8-12 minute session!

Research continues to emerge supporting the notion that small bouts of exercise accumulated throughout the day may provide many of the same benefits as one continuous bout of activity, including improvements in aerobic fitness and even weight loss.

In fact, shorter bouts of exercise may actually be more beneficial than one continuous bout of exercise.

Why? Because quicker, shorter bouts of exercise help to promote long term adherence to an exercise program. You’ll stick to these bodyweight workouts because they’re fast and fun to do and you can do them anywhere.

In fact, one study funded by the National Institutes of Health found that short-but-frequent workouts produced the same health benefits as a daily longer session.

Question: Is this for both men and women?

Answer: No doubt about it! The truth is more than half of the people that come to me for help are women. Even women that have never done anything but use a treadmill can use the bodyweight workouts in this coaching program to burn fat and build nice sculpted arms without looking big and bulky.
